Idexa Inc (“we”) operates the MSOL Platform. We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, organization), your diagnostic answers, learning progress and consulting requests.

How we use data

To deliver the service, generate reports and certificates, respond to requests, and produce aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored in access-controlled databases. Each user can only read their own records; administrators access data only to operate the service.
