No refunds

All MSOL Pro payments, monthly and yearly, are non-refundable, including partially used billing periods.

Cancel from your Dashboard → Manage billing. You won't be charged again, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.

Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights you may have under the law of your country.
